In the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks and meet with UAW autoworkers, UAW President Shawn Fain, and Governor J.B. Pritzker to highlight his commitment to delivering for working families and creating good-paying union jobs, as well as the UAWs historic agreement that includes bringing thousands of UAW jobs back to Belvidere and reopening a plant. These remarks at the Community Building Complex of Boone County, Belvidere, Illinois will be open press.
Then, the President will travel from Belvidere, Illinois to Chicago, Illinois. The departure from Chicago Rockford International Airport, Rockford, Illinois will be covered by the out-of-town pool.
