In the afternoon, the President will receive a briefing on Ukraine from members of his national security team. This will be the Presidents first national security meeting that includes Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Charles Q. Brown Jr. in his new role. This meeting in the Oval Office will have an in-house pool spray at the top.
