Biden touts economy in State of the Union - Live Coverage

Biden's remarks Tuesday night will be his first address to a divided Congress, and as such he's expected to tout bipartisan actions the White House believes transcend political ideology — efforts to address the opioid crisis, invest in cancer research, support America's veterans and improve mental health outcomes.
In a call with reporters earlier today, White House Communications Director Kate Bedingfield said these so-called "Unity Agenda" items "affect all Americans in red states and blue states."
But Republicans have shown little interest in working with Biden. The Senate GOP released a dystopian pre-buttal video Tuesday morning depicting a nation in crisis:
